Soy and Women’s Health

An important recent study found that soy food
consumption did not increase the risk of cancer recurrence or death among
survivors of breast cancer. Women in the highest intake category of soy foods
had a 9 percent reduced risk of mortality and a 15 percent reduced risk for
recurrence compared to those who had the lowest intake level. Researchers used
data from a multi-institution collaborative study called the After Breast Cancer
Pooling Project. Breast cancer outcomes were assessed, on average, nine years
after cancer diagnosis.

For postmenopausal women with hormone-sensitive breast
cancer, another recent study showed those who consumed high amounts of soy
isoflavones had a lower risk of recurrence. In addition, evidence suggests that
eating soy during childhood and/or adolescence reduces breast cancer later in
life.

   Soy and Men’s Health

Researchers at Northwestern University have found that a
new, nontoxic drug made from soy’s isoflavone genistein could prevent cancer
cells in the prostate from spreading to the rest of the body. So far, the cancer
therapy drug has worked in preclinical animal studies and now shows benefits in
humans with prostate cancer.

Soy’s Benefits to Heart Health

Researchers have found that soy-based diets reduce LDL
(bad) cholesterol and triglycerides and raise HDL (good) cholesterol. In 1999,
the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved a health claim about soy
protein and heart disease based on soy’s cholesterol-lowering effects. The claim
states that “25 grams of soy protein per day, as part of a diet low in saturated
fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease.”

Soy foods also help the heart when they replace other
sources of protein such as animal protein. This substitution reduces overall
saturated fat intake while increasing polyunsaturated fat intake, which lowers
cholesterol levels.

In addition, soy isoflavones reduce heart disease risk
by inhibiting the growth of cells that form artery-clogging plaque. This plaque
can lead to a heart attack or stroke. Soy also improves the flexibility of blood
vessels, while another study shows a diet rich in isoflavones may improve the
function of arteries in stroke patients.

Put simply, soy is one amazingly healthy bean!

The Mighty Soy Bean

Soy contains significant amounts of all the essential
amino acids for humans, and is also a good source of protein. The beans contain
significant amounts of alpha-linolenic acid, omega-6 fatty acid, and the
isoflavones genistein and daidzein.

Soy isoflavones are responsible for most of soy’s health
benefits. Studies have shown isoflavones are true multi-taskers, tackling
everything from promoting heart health, alleviating hot flashes associated with
menopause, increasing bone density, and lowering the risk of prostate, colon and
breast cancers. In addition, protein rich soy foods may help you lose weight and
fat when substituted for other sources of protein.

Savor these Soy Safety Facts:

   ● Isoflavones in soy foods have no significant effects
on hormone levels in men or women.

   ● Soy foods are safe for a developing fetus.

   ● Women who eat soy foods have a lower risk of
developing breast cancer.

   ● No studies demonstrate a link between eating soy and
breast cancer recurrence or tumor growth in humans.

   ● Soy foods protect against thyroid cancer and have no
effect on thyroid function in healthy people.

Soy Remains at the Heart of Good
Nutrition

Throughout my 35+ years as a food scientist, one food
that has continually impressed me for its sheer health-promoting power is soy.
Whole soy powder, like that found in Reliv’s nutritional supplements, is
especially eff ective since it retains all of the protein, phytonutrients and
isoflavones thought to reduce risk for many serious diseases.

Soy is the foundation of several Reliv products and has
been an essential part of the Reliv nutrition Revolution since 1988. Yet it’s
important to recognize that soy is just one important part of a total package.
Soy alone offers an array of benefits ranging from menopause relief to disease
prevention and weight loss. But it’s the additional ingredients that work
synergistically to make soy such a powerhouse in our products.

Recently, soy foods were highlighted in the United
States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and Health and Human Services (HHS)’s
2010 Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommendations. These guidelines include
recommendations to increase the intake of soy products and fortified soy
beverages.

Others are finally catching on to what we’ve known for
years about soy benefits. And research continues to show the many ways soy
supports good health. So, cheers to your two Reliv shakes a day — you’re an
official trendsetter!

The 411 on Omega-3s
)

Omega-3s are critical for total health. Unfortunately,
omega-3s are not produced by the body and must be consumed through food or
supplements.

Omega-3s for the Whole
Family

For Adults: Healthy Aging

Omega-3 fatty acids are highly concentrated in the brain
and are important for cognitive (brain memory and performance) and behavioral
function. A recent study showed those 65 years and older who consumed higher
levels of omega-3 over a six-year period had a slower rate of decline in their
cognitive scoring with age.

A clinical trial of omega-3’s effect on cognitive
performance in healthy adults in their 30s showed omega-3 supplementation over a
month improved their moods. They had increased energy, and decreased anger,
anxiety, fatigue, depression and confusion. In addition, healthy, middle-age
adults taking omega-3 supplements had better performance on cognitive testing of
nonverbal reasoning and mental flexibility, working memory and vocabulary.

Bumping up omega-3 intake also protects against
age-related hearing loss. In a study, participants who ate more omega-3 over
five years had a lower risk of developing this hearing loss than those who ate
less omega-3.

Eyes get a health boost from omega-3, too. New research
shows that regular consumption of omega-3 can reduce the risk of vision loss
from age-related macular degeneration (AMD) by 45 percent. This may be due to
omega-3’s ability to maintain or improve blood flow in the eye.

For Kids: Brain Development

Omega-3 plays an important role in normal brain
development of the unborn, infants and young children. Recent studies show women
who have an adequate intake of omega-3 during pregnancy may lower the risk of
their babies growing to be obese as children by nearly a third. On the other
hand, omega-3 deficiencies during pregnancy and the early months of infancy can
cause developmental problems in the baby’s nervous system and vision.

Omega-3 helps maximize brain development and cognitive
function to help children do their best in school, too. A study of school
children showed overall grades were significantly higher (by 15 percent) in
those who consumed omega-3 from fish more than once per week compared to those
who consumed less than one serving per week. In addition, a clinical study of
nearly 100 boys showed those with lower levels of omega-3s had more learning and
behavioral problems such as temper tantrums and sleep disturbances than boys
with normal omega-3 levels.

Get Your Heart Hooked

High triglycerides are linked to heart disease and
unmanaged diabetes. But researchers have found omega-3 can reduce triglyceride
levels by 20 to 50 percent.

Another study showed omega-3 offers a “scientifically
supported means of reducing arterial stiffness.” Stiff arteries lead to high
blood pressure and heart disease. On the flip side, healthy, elastic arteries
lighten the workload on the heart. In addition, omega-3s have been linked to
improvements in blood lipid levels, reduced risk of blood clots, lower blood
pressure and improved vascular function. Researchers concluded that daily doses
of omega-3 are very beneficial in reducing the risk of sudden cardiac death and
other heart conditions.

Reel in Metabolic Syndrome

Metabolic syndrome, a constellation of symptoms
including high blood pressure, insulin resistance, high cholesterol and
abdominal fat, sets the stage for heart disease as well as diabetes. However,
the latest research shows increasing omega-3 in the diet improved insulin
resistance, reduced blood sugar, and improved HDL (good) cholesterol and blood
fat levels. Some studies even suggest omega-3 may help prevent prediabetes, or
insulin resistance, from advancing to type 2 diabetes.

In addition, a recent study shows men who had the
highest daily intake of omega-3 had a 47 percent lower risk of developing
metabolic syndrome compared to those consuming a significantly lower amount of
omega-3.

Omega-3s for Your Health

Omega-3 affects everything from mental focus and energy,
to heart health and mood. In children, omega-3 is vital to the body’s normal
development and function, especially the brain and eyes. Clearly, omega-3 is
critical throughout our entire lifespan.

The human body can’t produce omega- 3s, so they must be
consumed. Yet many of our diets don’t come close to the amount of omega-3 we
need. In fact, current intakes of omega-3 are about 20 percent of the amount
(650 mg/ day) advised by an expert scientific group for healthy individuals.

One way to increase omega-3 intake is by eating more
fish, such as tuna and salmon, and adding a high-quality nutritional supplement
to your diet. Reliv products offer an ideal way to boost your omega-3 intake
while also shoring up other important nutrients.

   Omega-3s can be found in
Reliv Now® for Kids, GlucAffect®, ReversAge® and 24K™. Make sure you’re getting
enough omega-3 today for better health today and tomorrow!

The Reliv Difference

Walk through the vitamin aisle at any supermarket and
you will find dozens of choices. From individual vitamin pills to multivitamins,
the world of supplements can be complicated. With so many different choices
available, how can you separate optimal nutrition from everything else?

   It’s easy. Choose Reliv.

Bioavailability: More Than a Pill

The body can only use nutrients that it can readily
absorb. And the faster a nutrient is broken down, the faster it be absorbed.
Unfortunately, most pills and capsules require the digestive system to break
down a hard outer shell or coating before the nutrients can even be accessed.
This is why many experts assert that liquid vitamins are better absorbed by the
body. Liquids provide the body instant access to the nutrients they contain,
providing greater benefit from each serving.

Do you have synergy on your side?

Many vitamins and minerals only perform at their best
when combined with other nutrients. For example, you’ve probably heard that
vitamin D is required for absorption of calcium. This is called synergism.

Antioxidant protection is also part of a complex system
of many nutrients and phytonutrients working together. For example, vitamin C
can enhance the absorption of iron. Vitamin C and phytoestrogen work together
against plaque build-up in the arteries. Vitamin C, vitamin E and soy
isoflavones are thought to contribute to lowering heart disease risk, but you
need all of them for maximum effect. And the list goes on. This is why taking
one type of vitamin may not be as effective as taking a supplement with multiple
vitamins working together synergistically.

   Optimal Nutrition: A Higher Standard

According to research, 70 percent of physicians and more
than half of all US adults take a supplement for their health. In fact, since
most people do not consume an adequate amount of vitamins through diet alone,
the Journal of the American Medical Association advises adults take
multivitamins to help prevent common chronic illnesses. But how much is enough?
The Recommended Daily Intake (RDI) can be confusing for many consumers because
it does not necessarily indicate optimal amounts, but rather the minimum needed
to avoid short-term deficiency.

For example, the FDA recommends a minimum amount of 6
mcg of B-12 just to operate normally and avoid anemia caused by deficiency. But
B vitamins do more than just help the body function normally. Vitamin B-12 has
also been shown to provide preventive benefits against heart disease, stroke and
some cancers. To provide optimal health benefits, Reliv Classic® and Reliv Now®
essential nutrition products contain 18 mcg.

Quality Ingredients, Better Health

The FDA has the responsibility to take action against
any unsafe dietary supplement. However, the FDA does not inspect manufacturing
facilities outside of the US. With inadequate quality control and inspection,
supplements imported from other countries can contain heavy metals, pesticides
or prescription drugs. According to a report published by the FDA in 2011,
China’s history of exporting dangerous supplements to the US dates back to the
1980s. Contaminants not listed on the label leave consumers at risk. In recent
years, Canada and the US have seen an increase in mislabeled supplements that
contain dangerous ingredients.

Nearly 200 products have been identified by the FDA as
containing dangerous ingredients with adverse effects, including stroke, organ
failure or even death. According to the Consumers Union, publisher of
Consumer Reports, these dangerous substances often pop up again after
alerts are issued. US supplement manufacturers, on the other hand, are held to
stricter regulations with regard to cleanliness, contamination and labeling. In
addition, trade organizations such as the Council for Responsible Nutrition, of
which Reliv’s Dr. Carl Hastings is a Board Member, hold member
companies to much higher standards. Reliv goes beyond minimum requirements,
manufacturing in near-pharmaceutical conditions that include a state-of-the-art
air filtration system, protective clothing and thoroughly sanitized equipment.
When it comes to purity, Reliv’s ingredients undergo rigorous microbiological
testing when they first enter our plant, and again at each step in the
manufacturing process, assuring that what’s on the label is always what’s in the
can.

   The Science of Reliv

The Reliv Difference is about taking complicated
scientific subjects like bioavailability and synergism and making nutrition

Difference

   To your health,

Reliv Vice Chairman & Chief Scientific Officer Dr.
Carl W. Hastings

All Calories are Not Created Equal

For years, we’ve been told that healthy weight loss is
as simple as taking in fewer calories than you expend. After all, a calorie is a
calorie, right? Wrong.

Energy density refers to the number of calories, whereas
nutrient density refers to the amount of nutrients in a certain amount of food.
Dieters might be tempted to reach for today’s popular packaged low-calorie
snacks. The problem, according to experts, is that despite being low in
calories, processed foods usually have fewer vitamins, minerals and antioxidants
the body needs to operate at its peak. A large apple might have the same number
of calories as a bag of low-fat pretzels. But reaching for the apple means you
also get more vitamins, antioxidants and fber.

Recent research shows that optimal health (and weight
loss) is better achieved through more nutritious food, not just fewer calories.
A study by Harvard researchers found that food quality (nutrients), not just
quantity (calories) contributed to weight loss. Those who consumed foods with
higher nutrient density such as vegetables and whole grains, had healthier body
weights than those who consumed more processed foods and beverages.

The Price of Healthy Weight

Despite what we know about so-called “empty” calories,
most Americans continue to consume them. Part of the reason could be that foods
with a higher nutrient density are much more expensive than foods with no
nutrition. A University of Washington study published in the Journal of the
American Dietetic Association
showed that energy-dense foods cost an
average of $1.76 per 1,000 calories, while nutrient-dense foods cost $18.16 for
the same number of calories. Optimal nutrition comes at a higher cost. But the
health benefits are worth the price.

Be Satisfed. Lose Weight.

Satiety is a major factor in achieving weight loss.
According to Dr. Barbara Rolls, Director of the Laboratory for the Study of
Human Ingestive Behavior at Penn State University, people feel full because of
the volume of food eaten, not because of the number of calories. In this
respect, eating foods with high water and fber content such as fruits and
vegetables can help you lose weight.

Superfoods for Simple Weight Loss

Avocadoes, pomegranates and cinnamon are so-called
“super- foods” that have gained recent attention as science uncovers nutrients
working synergistically for better health results. Plant-based proteins are
powerful superfoods because they satiate hunger while providing added nutrients,
all without any cholesterol or high levels of saturated fats.

For example, soy and many varieties of nuts are
considered superfoods because of their many nutritional benefts. Researchers at
Iowa State University discovered two additional properties of soy that boost
weight loss beyond simply cutting calories. The Iowa State study showed that
consuming soy protein rich in isoflavones decreases fat deposition (storage)
while increasing muscle mass.

In a Swedish study published by the Department of
Medical and Health Sciences, researchers at Linkoping University fed test
subjects 20 extra daily calories worth of candy or peanuts for each half pound
of body weight. After two weeks, they found that the candy snackers gained three
times as much weight as the peanut snackers, even though the number of calories
consumed was the same.

A Letter from Reliv's Dr. Carl
Hastings

We all know an ideal diet consists of mostly fresh,
whole grains, fruits, veggies and lean meats vs. processed junk food. But, even
the most conscientious eater can often fall victim to the unhealthy convenience
foods so prevalent today. It’s one reason supplementation is so important.

   Like all Reliv products,
Slimplicity® is formulated with the same
principles of synergism found in nature’s superfoods. As science discovers more
about what makes these foods so “super,” Reliv continues to develop products
that harness the same powerful nutrients.

I’m often asked why Slimplicity works when other diets
don’t. The answer lies in satiety and nutrient density. Each Slimplicity shake
has 10 grams of soy protein to keep hunger at bay and is loaded with vitamins,
minerals and antioxidants to keep your body functioning at optimal levels.

So, enjoy your Slimplicity shakes — they’re calories
well spent!

Healthy Blood Sugar: A Balancing Act by
Annie
Haarmann
  in (  · Science & Health
)

Most people diagnosed with high blood sugar, insulin
resistance or diabetes have it for years before knowing. The damage occurring
throughout the body as blood sugar slowly rises is not always obvious. Many
people understand the short-term effects of unbalanced blood sugar such as
hypoglycemia, hyperglycemia or life-threatening diabetic ketoacidosis. But even
if you feel fine, uncontrolled blood sugar can cause serious long-term damage
to the heart, kidneys, eyes and nervous system.

The Syndrome X Factor

Blood sugar management is no longer a struggle reserved
for those with diabetes. In fact, insulin resistance — the root cause of
metabolic syndrome — increases your risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

An estimated 20-30 percent of adults in industrialized
countries have metabolic syndrome — also known as insulin resistance or syndrome
X. And it becomes more common with age — afflicting approximately 40 percent of
people in their 60s and 70s. The diagnosis is made when one has three or more of
the following symptoms:

  •    ●waistline greater than 40 inches for men or 35 inches
    for women

  •    ●high blood pressure or taking blood pressure medication

  •    ●high triglycerides

  •    ●high blood sugar or type 2 diabetes

  •    ●low levels of HDL (“good”) cholesterol

Excess weight — particularly around the belly — is the
biggest contributor to metabolic syndrome. You can prevent or reverse metabolic
syndrome with lifestyle changes including losing five to ten percent of your
body weight, exercising 30 minutes or more per day and changing your diet.
Reliv’s cutting-edge blood sugar management product --
GlucAffect®— can also help. GlucAffect
is clinically proven to help manage blood sugar and reduce weight.

Science Unlocks Nature's Potential

Recent research has uncovered the blood-sugar-balancing
potential within many natural sources. These scientiffic advances have made it
possible to develop nutritional solutions to blood sugar management and weight
loss.

Pycnogenol®. This French maritime pine
bark is a powerful antioxidant. A clinical study showed that Pycnogenol slowed
absorption of carbohydrates, resulting in lower blood sugar.

Cinnamon. Although this spice has been
used in cooking for centuries, its blood sugar balancing benefits have only
recently been discovered. A clinical study published in Diabetes Care, the
journal of the American Diabetes Association, showed cinnamon to reduce serum
glucose, triglycerides and LDL (“bad”) cholesterol in people with type 2
diabetes.

Eugenia Jambolana Lam. Madeglucyl® is a
botanical a derived from the seeds of the jambul plant. Clinical data showed
Madeglucyl to lower blood glucose by 20 percent in healthy subjects and 49
percent in those with type 2 diabetes.

Omega-3s. The omega-3 fatty acids in
fish oil have been found to help improve triglyceride levels. High
triglycerides are associated with unmanaged diabetes. According to the National
Institutes of Health’s Natural Medicines Comprehensive Database, fish oil may
reduce triglyceride levels by 20 to 50 percent.

Each of these clinically-studied ingredients are found
in GlucAffect.

GlucAffect: A Clinically Proven
Solution

November is Diabetes Awareness Month. It also marks the
three-year anniversary of Reliv’s revolutionary blood sugar management solution:
GlucAffect.
Since 2008, thousands of people have discovered
GlucAffect’s nutritional solution to managing blood sugar. Each story of someone
who has been helped by this product is another reminder that nutritional science
indeed holds the key to better health.

In the US, 20 percent of adults su er from metabolic
syndrome, 35 percent of those over age 20 have pre-diabetes and 35 percent of
older adults have type 2 diabetes. These staggering numbers reflect an increase
in sedentary lifestyles and poor diet. But Reliv has a solution.

GlucAffect is clinically proven to help manage blood
sugar and weight. An eight-week, placebo-controlled clinical study observed 50
overweight individuals with elevated blood sugars. The test subjects taking four
daily servings of GlucAffect lowered their blood sugars to healthy levels. In
addition, the subjects lost an average of 16 pounds during the eight-week
period.

Everyone knows someone who is overweight or suffering
from unmanaged blood sugar. Who are you going to share GlucAffect with today?

   To your health,

The Soy Solution for Better Women’s Health by
Reliv  in (  · Science & Health
)

Help for Hot Flashes

For years, studies have demonstrated the connection
between soy and the easing of menopause symptoms, particularly hot flashes. But
a recent analysis of 19 studies provides an even clearer picture of just what
soy isoflavones can do.

Researchers from the University of Delaware found that
soy isoflavones are linked to a 20% decrease in frequency and 26% decrease in
severity of hot flashes. The study included 1,200 women and was recently
published in Menopause: The Journal of the North American Menopause Association.

Women’s Heart Health

Heart disease is the leading cause of death among
American women, killing more than a third of them. Heart attacks kill 200,000
women each year — five times more than breast cancer. Despite these staggering
statistics, women are less likely than men to receive appropriate treatment
after a heart attack and only make up 27% of participants in all heart-related
research studies.

One of the most important steps women can take to
improve their heart health is increasing their soy intake. A naturally occurring
soy peptide called lunasin can help improve cholesterol where it is produced,
within the liver. Reliv’s exclusive LunaRichTM soy powder — found in
SoySentials® — contains five to ten
times the amount of bioactive lunasin found in ordinary soy powders.

   ● Learn the science of LunaRich
soy powder.

Optimal Cellular Health

The lunasin peptide found in LunaRich soy powder is a
natural bioactive agent that has been clinically and scientifically proven to:

Nourish- provides the nutritional fuel to
promote optimal expression of genes required for normal cell function.

Protect- reduces inflammation and cell
damage caused by free radicals and other environmental hazards. Provides
protection in two ways:

   A. Prevention. Activates the expression
of genes that help reduce cell damage and prevents the expression of genes that
can cause cell damage.

   B. Maintenance. Helps remove damaged
cells from the body that may cause chronic health problems.

Note from Dr. Carl

Reliv’s SoySentials offers women 20 mg of
hormone-healthy isoflavones — and so much more.

Nutrition scientists continue to discover the multitude
of benefits soy can provide for overall health. Reliv continues to develop
cutting-edge formulas to bring you the latest scientific developments in

What is In Your Energy Shot?135 days ago by Annie
Haarmann
  in (  · Science & Health
)

Most energy beverages and shots rely on caffeine and
sugar to create an artificial buzz. The problem is that these stimulants
inevitably leave you feeling more exhausted than ever. We’ve all experienced that afternoon “crash” once the
morning coffee has worn off. Caffeinated energy beverages work the same way.

In addition, caffeine can cause withdrawal symptoms.
Clinical studies indicate these symptoms include headache, fatigue, depressed
mood, difficulty concentrating, irritability and brain fog.

Experts also say the use of guarana — aka “herbal
caffeine” — is particularly dangerous. Many consumers don’t realize guarana
itself contains extremely high levels of caffeine. A Consumer Reports
review of 12 popular energy drinks found that caffeine levels — some topping 200
milligrams or more — are often omitted from the label.

Serious Side Effects

Caffeinated energy drinks caused a spike in heart rate
and blood pressure in a study presented by the American Heart Association. The
effects of the caffeine occurred in healthy individuals in a relaxed, seated
position. Even more worrisome for researchers is the effect of caffeinated
energy beverages on patients with heart or blood pressure problems.

Athletes who use caffeinated energy beverages as
performance enhancers create their own set of risks. In the Mayo Clinic
Proceedings
, researchers noted that both athletes and non-athletes are
consuming energy beverages at an alarming rate. The study cited several recent
cases of caffeine-associated death and seizures associated with caffeinated
energy drinks. Caffeine also acts as a diuretic, and high doses of sugar can
impair absorption of fluids. The risky combination can cause severe dehydration.

24K from Reliv offers a healthy
alternative. No caffeine, no sugar and 24 health-promoting ingredients make 24K
the smart choice for real, sustained energy.

What’s on Your Label?

Deciphering the labels on popular energy beverages can
be a challenge, especially when so many manufacturers are cryptic or even
misleading about what ingredients are actually in the bottle. No other product
has the synergistic combination of active ingredients found in 24K — and they’re
all listed right on the label.

B Vitamins. Often the only healthy
ingredient found in popular energy beverages and shots; lack of B Vitamins can
lead to fatigue, mental fog and weakness.

CarnoSyn® Beta Alanine. Reduces fatigue,
improves strength and endurance.

CoQ10. Well regarded for its
brain-enhancing properties; new study of ultra-runners published by the
European Journal of Nutrition indicates it also may reduce muscle
damage during intensive exercise.

Gama Aminobutyric Acid (GABA).
Neurotransmitter that controls the brain’s theta waves; increases endorphins and
reduces anxiety.

Omega-3 Fatty Acid. Improves
communication between the brain cells by making cell membranes more fluid; also
shown to aid in energy production.

Resveratrol. Improves blood flow in the
brain for improved cognitive function; helps muscles use oxygen more efficiently
to enhance performance.

   24K: A Healthy Energy Shot

People today want that extra boost. And they are
consuming dangerous, highly caff einated beverages and shots despite the side
effects in order to get it. What they need is a healthy, effective alternative —
and Reliv has it.

Healthy energy shot 24K is the only product of its kind
to provide energy, mental clarity and stress relief. 24K relies on 24 powerful
active ingredients that nourish the body instead of creating an artificial buzz.
No caffeine or sugar means the body doesn’t suffer from jitters. It also means
no crash later — and no caffeine withdrawal symptoms.

So, the next time you see someone reaching for one of
those dangerous drinks, hand him the 2011 Product of the Year, healthy energy
shot 24K. It’s go time!
